   The Dream

   Every night, Ayshemgul fell asleep to the sounds of dutar music floating through the village.

   ھەر كېچە ئايشەمگۈل يېزىغا تارقالغان دۇتار ئاۋازلىرى ئىچىدە ئۇخلاپ قالاتتى.

   The Challenge

   When she asked to learn, the old master shook his head. ‘No girl has ever played in the tradition of my family.’

   ئۆگىنىشنى تەلەپ قىلغاندا، قېرى ئۇستاز بېشىنى چايقىدى. «مېنىڭ جەمەتىمدە ھېچقانداق قىز بالا دۇتار چالغان ئەمەس.»

   Practice in Secret

   By candlelight, she practiced on a dutar she had carved herself from an old piece of mulberry wood.

   شام يورۇقىدا، ئۇ كونا تۇت ياغىچىدىن ئۆزى ئويغان دۇتاردا مەشىق قىلاتتى.

   The Festival

   When the famous musician fell ill before the festival, Ayshemgul stepped forward with her dutar.

   داڭلىق مۇزىكانت بايرامدىن ئىلگىرى ئاغرىپ قالغاندا، ئايشەمگۈل دۇتىرى بىلەن ئوتتۇرىغا چىقتى.

   A New Tradition

   Her fingers flew over the strings, telling stories that made the audience laugh and cry. The old master bowed his head in respect.

   ئۇنىڭ بارماقلىرى تارلار ئۈستىدە ئۇچقاندەك، ئاڭلىغۇچىلارنى كۈلدۈرۈپ ۋە يىغلاتقان ھېكايىلەرنى سۆزلىدى. قېرى ئۇستاز ھۆرمەت بىلەن بېشىنى ئېگىپ قويدى.
